Description

Hi everyone! Sorry for the great delay, but I'm again without a permanent connection. How are you? :) I hope to be back browsing your galleries again soon. _______________ Done following a tutorial. First week with the official XSI Foundation 4 with all the training DVDs... I'm slowly beginning to grasp something. Polygon modeling, HDRI ligthing, some RenderTree explorations. I've just begun to have fun. :) Please feel free to comment and criticize as always. Have a wonderful week! Stefano :)

Very clean and shiny! What do you clean your tiles and tub with? Your models and textures are excellent, and after only one tut! I think this program may be a keeper :)

Heya DC - very nice work. Lighting looks good and the textures are pretty spot on as well, though the soap looks a bit bright on the top. Out of curiosity - whats the hose that leads to the shower head made of? (never seen one of those things here, but then, our bathroom is about 30 years old lol)

Thank everybody for the response. I'm really glad you appreciated it, because it's done upon a tutorial and it's a great encouragement for an XSI beginner. Thanks a lot!!! @Flak: Er... the hose (in my intentions) would've been a metallic one covered by a thin coat of plastic. I messed up the shader big time, but this was the best I could manage. I'm not happy at all with it. And, as for the soap, you're right: the HDR image I used brightened the top too much... the soapbar has a very nice XSI logo bumpmapped on the top, and the ligthing washed it up completely. As you can see, I have still miles to travel with this app. Thanks for the pointers. :)

Regardless of the soaps lighting and the shader for the hose a wonderful image IMO!

Fine lighting and modeling. The soap looks slightly out of place. Still a great render though. Softimage seems like a cool prog ;-)
