This image is dedicated to Redfern, with thanks for the Dalek.
I added a few more materials and threw in some P5 shaders for reflections. The lighting is a combination of Stonemason's and a couple of my own.

Great details and textures, a rich image with lots to look at. Toward the viewer's right of the robot's head, one of the yellow stripes seems to bleed into the pipe? Also, the gray base of the robot, the part that touches the floor--the rest of your textures are so wonderful, seems like this piece is a bit flat.

The real thanks should go to Markpilb. He modeled the original geometry within Cinema4D. I merely optimized the mesh (that he graciously shared) within UV Mapper Pro so that it would render more accurately within Poser. All I can say is "WOW!" SamTherapy, you did a fantastic job employing Poser 5 materials! Did you use displacement for the dome grill? I can see a raised surface. I also really like the blue repelling glow underneath the "bumper". Since we now know the Daleks don't have wheels (from the stair scene), it must hover all the time. It would have been very effective if the prop engineers rigged lighting to "bleed" from the "bumper"all the time. I've seen video clips of a home built prop that does this and it looks "fantastic!" Thanks for the dedication, but I didn't expect you to create a scene so quick. I hope you were'nt detained from other, more important projects. Again, the real kudos should go to Markpilb for modeling the new series Dalek in the first place. Sincerely, Bill

Thanks for the comments, folks. First, my sincerest thanks and apologies for not crediting Markpilb for his wonderful model. Next, the bumper section is intended to be a flat grey, so I'm pleased enough with it. The pipe section with the intersection yellow band is a reflection - there's a window there. :)
