I think you are definitely getting better at picture composition (in my opinion)... I think that the moods that your pictures and backgrounds are creating are becoming more evocative, and you are beginning to have a story behind the image, instead of just a pin-up girl, which again, is something I appreciate when looking at your art. This is not to say that the other way is wrong, just that my preference is for these types of images :D I liked the hair especially, but the lighting and general mood of the picture is really well done. Fantastic work ;)

Wonderful atmosphere and lighting. Beautiful character and pose. Her hair is superb. The only thing I find wrong is that the moon seems to be in front of the mountains. Apart from that is excellent. I like very much that fog she comes from.

THIS PICTURE IS EXCELLANT. YET, THE ONLY THING I CAN SEE THAT WOULD NEED A TOUCH-UP IS THE WING SPAN. THE CHARACTER IS WONDERFUL, & THE FACIAL EXPRESSIONS IS RIGHT ON TARGET. MAKE THE WINGSPAN A LITTLE LONGER, AND ITS BRILLANT!!!!
