Just a shot from the spring, that I havent posted yet... thought it was about time. Hope you like it. Have a beautiful weekend. The weather this morning is cooler and more windy. I love it. This could be the Czech Republic, only I can tell it's not because there's no surly farmer scowling and telling you to point your camera somewhere else, then muttering something to himself about tourists. I rather like that connection, because like Andrea pointed out, it is a reminder of how small the world really is. Okay, we don't exactly have fields like this in the USA--at least not in the parts of it I've seen! But the lay of the land looks quite familiar...it could be anywhere in the world. I like that, because it means that no matter where you're from, if you're Human, you're probably likely to recognize this and find some connection with other humans, despite what the media likes to tell us. This is a fantastic image. I really like that intense yellow. I'd never seen fields this color until leaving the USA, and I always wondered how these fields would look from orbit: rather bright, I'd assume! I love the gentle "v" shape in this picture as well...DaVinci would be proud! This is a great shot!
