Description

hey everyone! not much to say about this one--everything modeled in bryce (thanks for the feedback from the forum!) and the horse statues in front from poser. textures from mayang, some modified in photoshop. render time was about 13 hours a 144rpp and DOF applied. postwork in photoshop was mostly just added lighting effects. the stars in the sky were made in universe image creator and then added in photoshop. once again thanks to everyone for the help on this, and dont worry the roman army will be in my next image :) thanks for viewing! this is part of a group of images im making of the roman colosseum, so you wont see that last of this:)

Wow, I love the modeling and the POV. I think the way you colored this scene too really speaks volumes. This is an awesome render! :)

Brilliant image. I've just spent ten minutes looking at this picture in awe of the work you have done. Congratulations. I would have liked to see the statue and horses at least twice the size they are to add even more majesty to the scene and one further comment if I may, the duplication of the flags is not in keeping with the detail of the pic as a whole and Roman buildings are generally covered with carved inscriptions of one sort another. However fully deserves an excellent ranking. Dennis

I think it's awesome, the modeling and the textures and lighting...! Only thing I would say is that the DOF is unnecessary on this image, it makes it seem smaller, like a model of the Colosseum, instead of vast. Just an idea...
