Description

I had a rough idea about a volumetric light effect in mind and this is the final result of that original spark. So if you're ever visiting this world, remember to keep well clear of the asteroid belt, you have been warned !...CRUNCH... LOL ****** On the Digital & Interactive Games Diploma front, I have just finished body and face rigging my second low-res game character (Roxxie, no way related to Moxxi from Borderlands games...well, maybe her tits ! LOL) and now I'm finishing modelling a prop (surveillance drone) for her to do some lip-sync animation with in 3ds Max for my next assignment. Anyhoo, stay creative & Cheers jif3d :o)

Pretty cool man, asteroids are good for VL effects, a friend of mine from the MoJo Gallery(Alex Nico) does some great Asteroid scenes using Volumetrics to build the Asteroids themselves, super work Jeff, can't wait for the animation.....I have an Asteroid Belt but don't wear it much, it's hell on Belt Loops..... Peace

reminds me of a line from Heavy Metal the movie (the real one, not that FAKK 2 thing) about flying a spaceship while stone... don't know why, just reminds me... nicely done!
