Description

BEST VIEWED ZOOMED IN --------------------- THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU WHO LEFT SO MANY KIND COMMENTS ON MY LAST POST (and other posts, as well). Didn't really have anything in mind when I started working on this present post. Couldn't even think of a clever title for it. lol Basically, I was just playing around with combining Terragen, DAZ Studio, photography, and post manipulation into a coherent work. It's not perfect, but I kind of like it, so I'll go ahead and post it. :) Production Credits: Skye character - 3D Universe Vanguard craft - Kibarreto Environment - Terragen Classic Fantasy Castle - stonemason Millennium Dragon - DAZ 3D Moon - NASA images Pelican - (My own photography - you may recognize it from my last post, only flipped horizontally and transported to a world far away from Topolobampo, Mexico ;) Post Work - Corel's Photo-Paint X4 --------------------- I always feel very privileged by your visits to my gallery. Thank you for stopping by. ~Robert

the dof is incredible...the flock of birds and the one flying under the ship as if scanning the water for food perhaps and the details of actually seeing the pilot and the interior of the craft...magnificent!!! chills and thrills

I really like this! You've combined the four t creative media in a great way, and has given life to a great picture. The details I prefer are the castle in the BG, the person who pilots the ship and the pelican under it.

Splendid landscape, superb lighting with haze effect. The girl in the vessel must feel lonely, but it must be nice to survoller a so beautiful place! A fantastic image, Robert!

Very nice composition. I like the space craft flying just above the sea, it makes a very dynamic scene!

Good that you've post this, Robert. I like the repetition of patterns here. F.E. the V-form of the birds, the water, mountains and the depth. At the end of it, the (I guess) mountains do look like a castle. So much to see here :)!

My very first post here on Renderosity and while there's so many wonderful artists I've been viewing so far, I just had to stop and make a nice comment!! It makes me think of Star Trek since I am a Trekkie or Trekkor, while if our world survives the evils of today, our grand children may be flying vehicles like this one. Nice work and being so close to the water gives it that extra impact!! Takes me back to the movie 'Avatar' and when the Dragons (brain fart for real name) and Nami flew over the ocean at the cliffs as they joined in battle against the 'corrupt' humans. Okay, I'm one too, but I could live in Pandora with no problem if there was a place!! Keep up the excellent work!! Steven Laredo Garrett
