I like the first one better. The atmosphere on this one looks so thin as to not have any cloud other than blown dust, like on Mars. The balloons with propellers look really fanciful. I like the tower. That is stupendous.

neat work, interesting that you made the planet with rings to appear it is a terrestrial planet (earth-like)...it is a true fact that astronomers have found earth-like planets in other galaxies than our milky way galaxy.

Nice scene and cloud cover going on here ! the other day a friend of mine let me try out an HDRI based file of realistic star covers that is a spherical map , and i just cant get over how much depth and realism it adds to a space scene these maps are put out by Dosch Design ! This will be my next purchase, a must for all sci-fi star scenes.

That's two different "moods" really. Really you make me wonder how can I accept one lighting set, or cloud/fog setup in a scene, that could be make "better" with another try...and another... and another...

Wonderful scene, I love the models, so creative. Your landscape is the star, but your clouds are fantastic, makes me want to step out and walk on them.
