Description
I've created this list as a self-help tool for whenever I cross with something that makes me feel bad. I can refer to this list and remind myself of something that makes me feel good. It doesn't necessarily have to be an opposite of the thing that makes me feel bad, just something different to think about for a minute or two until I can change my perspective on the current situation. I advise everyone that reads this to create their own list and keep it in their wallet. As you can see that suggestion coincides with two things on my list, teaching and helping friends. I wish you all luck in your futures.

Sex
Making beautiful music
Playing with my children
Studying things I knew nothing about
Teaching things I know plenty about
Writing my emotions
Sharing my skills with the world for free
Recognition for my accomplishments and skills
Completing a large project
Making new friends
Helping friends in need

HELLO! Sounds like ya' have a handle on things just fine. As this old man ages quicker each year, the things that make me feel good become simpler and simpler.
