That angler is ready for the ambush. Sakes! Awesome job on the realism. I love the lighting around it, the eye on the angler is awesome! Sweet Job! Way to go with Z-brush too, Fantastic texturing!

I really like the murky plankton filled atmosphere. It definately makes me think mesopelagic. So little light penetrates the twilight zone. The deep sea angler is just fantastic. Both fish are, really. The textures are exactly what I would expect from you... Perfect! The creatures really ~shine~ in in a light that only you could have given them. V Janey

I can figure out the angler fish... but not sure what the tiny fish is... and while I do like the awesome eye texture, aren't these guys practically blind because of how far underwater they are? Anyways... brilliant work. This definitely should get submitted for publication.
