I�m not sure whether she is waiting for the rain to stop or for someone who did her wrong, but either way, this chick looks like trouble.

Oh, I think she's waiting for trouble. The scene - and especially the atmosphere - has a Blade Runner feeling. Fantastic composition, perspective and lighting.
