Great creative viewpoint ! These "nails" remind me of some kind of circus-nail-bed ... hehe ! In fact, this is a beautiful surreal scene and you worked out the material perfectly !

Excellent concept J, but how fast are the elevators to get to the top of the shoe shop? Afraid you'll need a lot of pairs of shoes if there are only stairs to get up there ;-))
