Description

"CONTINUUM" The Protectors City Protective Services (CPS) law enforcement officer Kiera Cameron (Rachel Nichols) lives a quiet, normal life with her husband and son in 2077-era Vancouver. Under the corporatocratic and oligarchic dystopia of the North American Union and its "Corporate Congress", life goes on in apparent freedom under a technologically advanced high-surveillance police state. When a group of anarchic-socialist self-proclaimed freedom fighters known as "Liber8" escape execution by fleeing to the year 2012, Kiera is involuntarily transported with them into the past. Joining with Detective Carlos Fonnegra (Victor Webster) and the Vancouver Police Department, and enlisting the help of teen computer genius Alec Sadler (Erik Knudsen), Kiera works to track down and thwart Edouard Kagame (Tony Amendola) and his followers in the present day while concealing her identity as a time-traveller from the future. The figure on the right of the image looks a bit like the character "KIERA" in the show the CPS agents are referred to as "Protectors" that is how this whole line of thought got started. The new suit for V6 looks similar to the powered suits the Protectors wear. This is inspired by a Canadian made Sci-fi series called "CONTINUUM" I have been watching. If you think about the possibility of a future police state government. The ideas of what the group "Liber8" are fighting for? Are they really terrorist or are they freedom fighters just trying to liberate civilization from the bonds of the Power Elite? As the series goes on it shows the freedom fighters as having a supposed "just cause" and not just wanting to take power for themselves. This makes for an interesting spin on the perspective of good and bad, right and wrong. Like most things in the world there are many perspectives and points of views. None being more wrong or right than the other just merely different! A lot of times when I'm arguing with someone and we can't come to an agreement on the subject.. I stop the argument by telling them "let us agree that we disagree?" that usually ends the discussion. Anyway to the image this is the New V6 model with her new Rouge Suit from DAZ with some custom made textures one blue and one green the original was grey I used post-processing on the texture images that came with it . They are standing inside of the GIS Nova station from DAZ as well. The image was rendered with the Luxus Plugin. I let it run all night to get the grain out. I read up on all the Luxus settings and what they do and have tweaked the settings. If anybody is interested I can give you my setting I use but like everything in 3D it depends on the scene. I can get a rough idea if render will work in about 5 minutes. An hour will give me a good image with some grain. And a good in 2-4 hours will give me a high quality image. Of course the more light the higher the efficiency the better the results. So I have a few more images to put as well just haven't had the time been working going to the gym and now I've started to try to learn Spanish. on anther note: I have been spending WAY TOO MUCH MONEY on these sites!! I think I'm ADDICTED to 3D CONTENT!!? Have a great week and take care thanks for looking! Chris

yeah it's a pretty good series a mix of a sci-fi time travel and cop buddy show and there are definitely some unseen twist in the plot.

Love the expressions and poses. Great show, too. Filmed not too far from my brother's house! I found some spectacular hi-res promotional photos of the Protector suits on the web. When I get handier with zBrush they'll make great reference material. The suits have some fantastic details on them.
