Belle recherche sur 2 sources de lumière : celle intérieure à l'image et celle extérieure à l'image ( un filtre pour cette dernière? )..

la lueur de la bougie est un calque dans Photoshop, les caustiques sont obtenues par un gobo associé à la source de lumière principale. Merci pour tous tes commentaires.
