Description
I saw an image at Deviant Art by an artist named Kunkka. I instantly loved the character design but not the, for my taste, too sexual theme. So, I tried to rebuild the characters. Some models made in Wings 3D, some clothing models from the store and the gasmask from freestuff.
After rendering the three characters in Poser7 I started in Photoshop. I think I have never used so much postwork in an image. It took me around 2 1/2 weeks to finish this image but after finishing it, I am really excited and that is not happening all too often.

I love your image! I am still trying to understand the concept or meaning of the symbols. Ie: eyes are covered on the two standing characters, they stand to show authority or power, the one on the floor is wearing a gas mask, they give her no voice? Neophyte means beginner or someone converting into a religion so I don't see the connection. Maybe I am looking to much into this. The bell in her hand? If there is a meaning for this I would like to hear it as this image is intriguing to me. Very few images make me ask these question so for me this one is a very good one. Of course I can come up with my own interpretation and I have but I would love to hear yours. Great work by the way!

Been away from 'Rosity quite awhile. Good to see there are still great artists around. Really impressive scene in many ways, the overall set up, the lights...love it!
