Des esprits malins (pas moi, c'est sûr !) pourrait y voir une illustration de la déliquescence de la Grand-Bretagne !!! à moins que ne soit une policière (qu'ils n'ont plus les moyens d'habiller !) guettant l'arrivée des migrants...mais ce peut-être aussi une fort belle image sans message politique !
