Description

I did the photography of the book wall photo in February at the House of books, Leipzig, and the little tree frog was in my garden. I think I waked him up doing some gardening... So little frog is fine again and he spend me some time to do some pictures. And the result is a study about me and my software - it was not easy! ...

That looks cool - I like the frog's colour against all the grey of the books.

i remember this background from an earlier image of yours...or a similar background, at least. You did a wonderful job with this: You've turned the books into a silver and gray abstract...with dark shadows everywhere. And you've place the frog on top of the books, in full green. And you've given the frog very realistic shadow. I'm sure it wasn't easy, as you say: This kind of "cut and paste" can be very painstaking, even tedious. It takes real effort to make the frog look "natural" against such an abstract background. You succeeded...and your shadow is natural as well. (I think the sheen on the books matches the sheen on the frog.) Very well done, Priska. I love the result.
