Description

Zoom for clarity if you must! Yes, something that is quite a departure. This idea sort of came to me on my way home this afternoon, as the Soundgarden song of the same title was on the radio. You can possibly read several things into this image, look at it closely and see. But it pretty much sums up the way I often feel after a day of work. Every week starts about the same. You can't wait for it to be over! While Mondays are often the worst, the nightmare I refer to as "customer circus" doesn't end until 3 PM on Fridays. Honestly, some days you've been so bombarded that you wish it was the last day you ever had to do this. As if you could just retire and not have to do it ever again. Today was somewhat better though, I at least remember driving home, so my head was spinning as much as usual; for a change. Four more to go! Thanks for viewing and your comments. Have a wonderful night, and great day tomorrow.

very good image and interesting narrative. Dealing with ingrates and those who feel that everyone in the world must do THEIR bidding because it is their right does get to be tiresome to say the least. I wish you a smoother week

Dead to the world... lost in thoughtless relaxation, and escape... Beautiful realization!

impressive... ever tried changing your paradigm and being thankful? -if enduring work is your heaviest burden- ? however... what is good, feels good! ;-) perhaps it's time for a new carrier. quote? if you do what you love, you'll never have to work another day... good luck!!!

I am very thankful for the job I have, I work with some wonderful people and often have a great time; it's just not my first choice of career. The career I would have preferred is no longer an option for me due to several career related disabilities. I am simply not a desk job person, and dealing with rude, impatient, and/or misinformed people who are repeatedly not willing to follow simple directions, or provide necessary information is mentally exhausting, a complete waste of my time, as well as that of the next customer who has done the work and is patiently waiting for help.

The girl is simply exhausted and probably asleep in the bathtub. Actually, it reminds me of many of the women I see in horror movies who have been slain by some deranged killer while taking a bath. Anyway, a stunning composition, and sorry about your travails on the job.

A lot of jobs are boring and in this crazy world, where people aren't able to be polite ore friendly more and more it's getting hard to stay optimistic. Therefore in my job I'm glad for every smile and "Thank You" I get ... and enjoy it for a long time. Your image gave me some cause for concern, because a few months ago - in my job - I found a young woman in nearly the situation you show in your image ... and I hope that you will enjoy life someday again like this woman does now. ;-)
