Description
The Council of St.Luma (or briefly: Island council) is the leading board of the "bijzondere Gemeente" of St.Luma.
The present council members (since 2009) are (rightwards):
- William Stuart (chief of police)
- John H. Gibbs (attorney - he lost the election for mayor against Stanley Karoukera, but kept his seat in the council)
- Stanley Karoukera (attorney and Mayor of St.Luma)
- Shanti Harris (Vice Mayor, airport manager)
- Dr. Robert Grant (rector magnificus of the University of Elmstown)
- Keith B. Zimmerman (CEO of the Splendid Beach Security Services)
