Description

I took this photo in London. I am not sure where it is, or what it is in aid of, so anyone who can give some insight is more than welcome to post a little something to educate us all.

It is by the Wellington Arch near Hyde Park. It is called The Angel of Peace Descending on the Chariot of War... It was made in 1912 By Adrian Jones and it is bronze! (I love Google!!!) LOL... Great silhouette Ray - Love it etched against the stormy sky! :)

I knew It, we were in London in '05. I wish I could have stayed in England. It felt like home. I like York and Nottingham a little better than London though. But it was all very cool. I'll never get back again, but seeing this shot brings it all back.
