Description
Dark World is an alternate reality, and the rules that apply here do not apply there. It is a society completely well...dark, and corrupt. One does not vanquish evil and chaos there without knowing what evil and chaos are all about. You could say that in Dark World, you must "Fight Fire with Fire."
In our world, someone like Ramone is a bad guy. There are those in Dark World who consider him 'a criminal' but that's largely because he's an "inconvenience" when it comes to them carrying out their truly dark and agenda-filled plots. Ramone does his best to protect the innocent and the downtrodden from their machinations. Although he lives lavishly himself, he's not loathe to help the poor, nor avenge the wrongs done to the everyday person. As the Governor of Death Valley, and self-appointed avenger of those wronged by the Kingpins in power in San Angeles, he is a friend and protector to all without a single distinction...except if you cross him or the laws of his 'land'. Justice is swift. He does not do so without knowing all the circumstances...and Ramone has eyes and ears in high places as well as the low.
He is virtually immortal - that is to say, he's most difficult to kill. This is because of those things that reside within him...things powerful and ancient. On of them is the Red Dragon Emperor God, Gun Shao Kang. But that is another story.
