Description

At first, thank you for the nice comments and favorits to my last Image: "Happy Easter". It means a lor to me! Ragnor is thirteen years old now and everything is pushing him to become a warrior as soon as possible. However, he can not convince his father Skryrmir before his departure to allow him to initiate rites. The last word is not yet spoken, at least Ragnor is waiting eagerly for Skryrmir's return. And that should happen sooner than expected. Ragnor's father likes to mess with the Emperor Karl because he had powerfully driven him into the cart when he was dealing with the Danish king. Not only Ragnor, but also his mother Numa, and his sister Gundfreya are appalled when Skryrmir's ship enters and Ragnor's father is carried off the ship unconscious and seriously ill. Balder, Ragnor's brother tells him that they were ambushed. The Emperor's armored riders had obviously and personally targeted Skryrmir. Of course Ragnor is appalled, because the last word was not spoken because of the rite of initiation. The healer Ylva advises Ragnor to sacrifice to the gods ... To bee continued... Splendid continuation of Ragnor's story. Things are heading towards more clashes between Ragnor's father and the emperor. And I guess Ragnor simply can't wait to become a warrior. Good and bad. Good that he wants to be like his father. Bad because he probably is too young to understand the horrors of battle. Hopefully this father gets well soon. A splendid render to go along with this part of the story.
