Wonderful photo. I used to box, and it really helped with my self esteem. I think it worked out all that nervous energy and helped keep me fit. And you had the added benefit of never getting teased at school! I don't know much about it but I bet Taekwondo really helps with self discipline too. Congrats to her for doing so well.
