Description

The newest bridge over the Don River in Rostov-na-Donu, South Russia. Launched December 2011. Manipulation in Corel Painter 12 on my own photo images.

I love the paint-like postwork: great sense of brushstrokes and pallete-knife strokes here! I love the depth this has, and it's funny how this doesn't look too far off of something in Chicago. I guess, there's only so much variety you can find on the underside of a bridge: since bridges, overpasses and such, are universal, their undersides would be, too. This is superbly done!
