I'm back! Just like a bad dream.....
To celebrate, here's Dan's cutie (and sometimes tormentor) Trish in her very own Noveau poster! It wasn't easy getting her out of her field gear, and into this filmy frock (Trish isn't a really "girly" girl), but once she started posing, she really got into it - as long as I let her play with a bit of artillery. how could I possibly refuse?
Trish's dress was painted in Photoshop, and I used the liquefy filter to add some form to the lace pattern. It's somewhat transparent, so I did tick nudity just to be safe. I used a painting action and a bit of fiddling with the Nik filters for the painterly effect. Hope you like it, buddy! Hope you all like it!
I've got the new computer pretty well settled in, and have already rendered the first panel for the next page in the T.N.A. story. I'm working on having Poser configured on 3 machines (possibly 4 if I can bring the old HP machine back from the dead), so the Poser files can be opened on any machine. That way I can have a scene rendering on one machine, and work on another scene on a second or third machine. Hopefully this will help speed up the process a bit.
I'm still working on getting the Lair all laid out for some other things I want to do after I retire. You can check out the latest Behind the Scenes and see some of the latest craziness. Lots more coming.... Stay tuned...
I'm now uploading all my images at 72 DPI. Seems there are some unsavory unwashed scum-suckers out there (Payposter.com) who are under the impression anything out there on the internet is somehow theirs to steal and sell. Buttmunchers... We're preparing the cruise missiles....
Thanks for dropping by, and for all your wonderful support and comments! You are what keeps me coming back! You rock!!

Hope no one throws some salt in my mouth, just dropped to the floor. You do the hest image in the Noveau genre. Like, like, pant, pant. Can't wait to see what your new W/S will look like all settled in.. and waiting more of the girls. Thanks for the video.
Really nice rendering. So glad to hear your systems are back up. I must say that I'm confined to one - three year old - computer at a time with respect to my hobbies. So I'm pretty envious of you at the moment. Love that hair and her alluring yet predatory bearing/expression.
What can I say.... but Wow!! this has to be the best pic of Trish I have ever seen!... I just love the way you have her looking back at us in that pose! her look is just beautiful!! man now I know she's going to be asking me why I never make her look this good! ( thanks)... This shot of her is going strait to my computer picture folder... so I can see when ever.
Outstanding work Bro, showing why your the best, have a good one!!
Oh wow!!! This is just fantastic Rod. You post work truly makes this something special Bravo! Umm (Payposter.com)I got mine taken down Weeee! I wont let the likes of them spoil my fun here. My art is for free and not for sale What I do is out of LUV ....Take care you and yours have a nice weekend.Cheers
WOW! How did I manage to miss this? She looks great! And that you got her to accept that dress and do some posing. But, you see, toys can even make the most recalcitrant to cooperate (provided you find the right toys, that is). Glad to hear your computers are up and running. Now, why should you have problems with a render farm? Like, you're NOT making a feature animation like Disney studios or "You're A Sick Park" for sale or show at movie theaters around the globe. As for swiping your work - man, I'd be pissed. I hope you have appropriate computer viruses/trojans, etc. in your cruise missiles! Glad to see you so well recovered from the hernia operation! Now I AM worrying about the gall bladder operation (er, you seem no to be. GOOD!). And yesterday I learned an older colleague has uterine cancer and will be operated on very soon. ARGH! Sigh....! Keep up the good work! :-)
My rat-ing - a 6 happy rats (I hope she's not adverse to rats. They're SO cute!)
First, I hope you survived yet another thunderstorm and whatever else the midwest dropped in your laps out there. I read about it in Mike's gallery---hope you're doing ok, you and Jo. Second, I saw this when it went up, and I love your deep blue theme---several blues---and another of your cameo portraits. It's a basic theme, isn't it: ie, making a cameo for a model this way; yet every one of your versions is unique. Here you have geometric patterns in the background, almost 'gear-like'. And the various blues, incl chrome blues, are wonderful. Your choice of gray for her gown---sleek, semi-transparent, and sexy---is perfect in contrast with the blues. (I mean as opposed to a red gown, or something like that.) Great job with the model, as always, with great expression and beautiful cameo work. And I like how you let her step-out of the oval and into our world. This is a constantly fine series.
