A question for you. When the bullets strike her breasts, do they jiggle from the impact?

Well that's a difficult question... I would say not! Anything that's going to attack her, well yer body would act to protect... She is the a 'Girl of Steel'! ...but if it were a hand on her breast then they would jiggle! :-) What do you think?
