Description

Thought I'd play around in Paintshop Pro for a change. For those missing my fantasy stuff, don't worry, I'll get back to them :) Just going through a lot of learning things. Have several projects on the go.

Thanks for all your kind comments and faves :) No, it's not a photo manipulation. The trees and clouds are Photoshop brushes which I made into PSD files so I could use them with PSP. Though I could have done them by hand.. just much quicker this way. I did colour the clouds. (they probably took the longest of anything) The background is a pink/grey gradient with a lighting effect added for the sun. I then mirrored the top half of the image and cross rippled that for the water. Then just some touch ups, signature and framing. I make my own frames using varying effects depending on what I am after.

I bought Photoshop CS5 a couple of months ago. I'm hoping to get my mind around Photoshop Brushes someday. This is wonderful! Beautiful composition and variation of trees, gorgeous colors, light, and reflections, and wonderful atmosphere. I like this very much!
