I know that Schreck, auf Deutsch, means "fright" or "scary" (something like that); so "Schreckaarhorn" would have something to do with "scary peaks". Well, that's very visible, here. You captured nothing but the mountain, so you reveal the scary, jagged power of these stones and rocks. You captured so much detail---from the snow "powdering" the rocks, to the strata in the lowest rocks, to the brown growth, to those jagged soaring peaks on top...and the only "relief" is that sky, which is nearly all blue. (There are a few small clouds here and there, but otherwise, it's pure blue.) Beautiful detail in this photo, Priska: It's formidable, almost forbidding. A primal and beautiful photograph. (And that snow is like Puderzucker ((ja? powdered sugar?)) It gives perfect highlights to the rock...)
