Description

Just another doodle from October. I will be away for a week or so. I think I was all the places, where my followed have posted New Year wishes. I cannot overcome more right now. I am still busy with family and other things. My eye isnt better but I am slowly getting used to not see so clear, but of course I will see the doctor as soon as I can. See you when I am back :) Stay cool friends :-) Helle

Nice work on this one. With those black effects, it looks like a charcoal drawing, Helle. I think you're trying to give Mark some competition in the doodle arena. And, sorry about your eye problem, I hope the eye doctor has some solution to it all.

as I said elsewhere, you have a mix of wash textures with squiggles and heavy outlines here. A real mix, and they work together very harmoniously. The center bottle stands out as the 'center', and the two lighter bottles are fine 'flanks'. And the glass and fruit are drawn intensely---your free lines here give this an unkempt air, as if they just came in from a long run, and haven't changed their clothes, lol. I really like how you combined both worlds in one work...I hope you keep drawing. This feels like charcoal; and your "wash" textures feel like watercolor, almost...take care of yourself, and I hope things work out well with your doctor, Helle! I'm rooting for you!
