Description
I tend to be a hit and run photographer. I see something, take a quick picture and move on. I spent eight hours on Steptoe Butte, a personal record. After the sun set I figured I just had to wait for the stars to come out. This is an image of the Palouse at night.

The stars are spectacular.

Such a beautiful night image. The stars are amazing, even with the degree of light pollution they get out there. I like to think about you sitting up there all that time, enjoying the view, recording the changing light. Lovely!
