A little ocean shore watercolor painting & a starfish.
There is actually quite a few tutorials for this water effect online but having watched one months ago I actually forgot some of it and so I just had to wing it because I didn’t want to go back and find it lol I missed a couple steps to get really nice water and I’ll probably do another one to work on the glazing technique! It’s a lot of fun and very relaxing.
I also used handmade watercolor paints for this because I wanted to try them out (got them on Etsy from JazperStardust if anyone wants to have a look) I have the earth set + blues, plus the enchanted forest set & twigs/leaves set and the blues are gorgeous!!
So I used two different blue colors from the set and they are quite grainy - a smoother creamier watercolor paint would be better for this glazing method! But I just love those handmade colors!
*handmade watercolors 2 different blues + a pale sand color mix
*Paul Rubens watercolors for the starfish
*bleed proof white
Have a nice week!

So simple but so pretty! A restful painting to have on the wall.
