My posting abilities are somewhat limited as I'm still in the midst of flood renovation, but I wanted to share some excellent news with you all.
I got a call earlier this evening, and to my delight, there was a familiar voice on the other end - our friend and art brother, Faemike55! Mike says he's doing well, and is back home, where he has folks to keep an eye on him, and help him through his recovery. And of course, Queen Zlata will be there to provide some magical Fae healing.
The T.N.A. Gals just grabbed a transport, and are headed to Washington with our well wishes for a speedy and complete recovery! Rumor has it that Ranpha and crew are on the way, too (just make sure Dan doesn't push any buttons!).
As an aside, I'm making progress on the New Lair, but still have a way to go. I'll be back full time, and will get caught up on commenting on all your wonderful art (I've seen it all) once everything is back in place.
Thanks for all your wonderful thoughts and prayers for Mike! He's a fighter, and I know he'll be back n the mix! Godspeed, buddy!

This is awesome news... it's about time we've got some good news for a change with all that's been happening... the girls have already headed out... but it seems they forgot some thing.... Me... I hope Mike makes a full recovery, and that you're back up running... have a good one!
EXCELLENT NEWS!! In both areas !!
Take care Mike and hope to see you posting and artwork soon!! ((HUGS))
Good to know you are making some progress Rod! I hope the new lair is like the bat cave!! =) With all new gadgets and gizmos and most especially the new floor!!
((HUGS)) to you also!!
We are getting the tar knocked out of us with Harvey atm!! .............. you may have to divert the TNA to Texas after their Washington visit!! Lots of folks needing rescue!
Yes---a wonderful capture that seems to cascade down the page in happiness and beauty. Thank you so much for letting us know about Mike! I saw him in my gallery, and I jumped off my chair. I know recovery doesn't come overnight, but the news is so good that he's home, able to talk, and he's got people with him to help him recover. Thank you! (And my wishes go to you for all your flood repair, and I hope you get over the hump soon. All the best to you and Jo, Rod.) And again, thanks for this oh-so-welcome news about Mike. Get well, Mike!
Thanks a load for the update, both re Mike and re the basement. Mike dropped me a brief thanks, and that he's home, as a reply to my post of Summer and T.Rex crying over him. Now, if I could get my home computer to get the right resolution when it boots (I pressed "close and reboot" button after a Poser crash. It refuses to open with anything more than minimal resolution. Drat!). Glad you're not in the Harvey zone. After everything else, that would be horrible! Keep up the good work! :-)
I get Mike's news yesterday(it was night time in here)I'm really gladt to hear he can be able to turn to his house :-) I wish a quick and complete recovery to him,Also My prayers and good wishes will be with you too while you struggle with Flood! Good luck and stay safe my friend :-)Oh! BTW...Nature is sometimes really cruel but very beautiful at the same time, and I can see this in your great picture :-) :-)
SO nice to get good news. We cannot get enough of that. I am glad to know you are up running again, Rod. What we see on TV it horrifying and I feel so sad for all the people who lost their homes. Thanks alot for The great new about Mike too. Hope he will have a speedy recovery. Love the beautiful plant you posted :)
