The bottom part of the car looks excellent, though the top doesnt seem to fit on that well. Perhaps add more details to it like that varying levels of metal around the wheels.

The Chrome has a dark color, an HDRI-enviremental-tiff the same HDRI for the reflection-channel with a little blur added to the Image and an MIP of 30%, An imense Specular with the Plastic Setting (max hight). Well thats about it quite simple. :-)

Cool looking car, though I agree with punmaster about the top (passenger compartment): it seems too simple given the complexity of the rest of the car.
