Ya está disponible su primer disco "Cuento de Hadas" Shyra comenzó a tocar el bajo a los 23 años y desde ese momento la música ha sido una actividad permanente en su vida. Ha colaborado con innumerables músicos uruguayos como Laura Canoura, Estela Magnone, Gabriela Posada, Malena Muyala; Eduardo Darnauchans; Alejandro Ferradás; Jorge Galemire, Fernando Ulivi, Fernando Cabrera,Esteban Klisich, Jorginho Gularte y Mónica Navarro entre otros. En el año 2000 empezó a componer sus propias canciones, incursionando en el género instrumental con la cortina de presentación del unitario "Los 10 mandamientos", además, algunas de sus creaciones fueron también utilizadas en varias oportunidades en informes de "Zona urbana", "Víctimas y victimarios", "Memoria colectiva", todos programas emitidos por Canal 10. Luego de varios años como bajista estable y ocasional invitada de importantes músicos uruguayos, ve la luz Cuento de hadas (Bizarro Records), su primer disco solista. Se trata de doce composiciones propias, donde la cantautora mezcla la fuerza del rock and roll con interesantes baladas, acompañan en este disco Fernando Alfaro en batería y Federico Navarro en guitarras.
