These are stunning! I love their fragile caps and their translucence! This is so perfectly captured. I have yet to try my hands with fungi of an interesting sort, but this definitely inspires me. This is just gorgeous. It also reminds me of a scene from the George Pal production of Journey to the Center of the Earth...one scene in which our intrepid heroes found themselves in an underground forest composed of giant mushrooms. I love the little blast from my past that this picture inspired. Super work!

This one by far is my favorite of the series; something about the lighting and POV get me. I can honestly say I never saw mushrooms like that before. Nice shot!
