your realism is off the chart for her skin and hair

Thanks! A lot of the credit goes to the use of Anagenessis 2 skin shaders. It does a great job of giving a skin more realistic coloring and bump. Also, I used P3D Eye resource for her iris color, but not for the sclera. For that, I used the original texture created from the photo reference. I find I get more depth to the eyeball that way as the lacrimals and edges of the eyelids get more variance. If I use most commercially available sclera textures, the eyelids have little dimension and the eyeball appears to be flat. Funny really, it's the "flaws" introduced from the photo reference that make her look more alive. Also, although in most perception, Sasha is a perfect beauty, she actually is slightly asymmetrical with variances in brow angle, jawline, and eye shape. Along with all that, I really love the first set of Elianeck Lights. The two basic mesh lights are a really great combo for getting a lot of realism and depth out of the skin.

I like the "Girl next door" look you gave her (I'm not so in the "unrealistic, super stylized, over sexed, thunder boobed kind of woman). You gave her a very natural and realistic look. Perfect!

Thanks, I tend to like the more natural look as well. The waifish look is what I'm after here. Just to go along with it, I used the Waif Hair. I reduced the volume of the hair to make it look a bit more realistic than the more anime look it has out of the box. In general, I create my face textures with as little makeup as possible.
