Description

Surprise! This is for a friend on DA, since I kinda owe her a birthday picture. The only other picture I did of her Street Fighter character was pretty crappy, so I decided to give her a decent pic instead. I love shinies, sparklies, and glitter, so no one is going to convince me that I overdid it in this picture! XD
