very few things are more satisfying than the expression on pursuing henchmen's faces when you escape using a rocket pack. (is there an astonishment dial?)
The rocket pack (sometimes called a rocket belt) has been a dream of science fiction since comic strips of the 1920's. In the early 1960's it bacame a reality when Bell Aerosystems built a rocket pack for the U.S. Army, using hydrogen peroxide as fuel. This realistic Poser smart prop, is based on those designs.

Too cool! Gotta get this one! :-D Who can forget that scene in Thunderball (I think) when James Bond strapped on one of these. Cool work!

That's the movie (Thunderball). I remember seeing it in the theater and wanted one ever since.

Very cool looking jet pack character! Unfortunately, James Bond's jet pack had a max flight time of about 30 seconds. And the fuel was extremely toxic. Not a very practical form of transportation, but I really wish they could have perfected the technology. Think how easy it'd be to get to work in the morning!
