this is my trying to make the water reflect so i am getting intouch with the program even deeper

High reflections can be achived by turning all displacements off in the water material ..change to widget (value = 0)...It will give you a very mirrored look. Reflective surfaces will increae you render times considerably & terrain material displacements are NOT reflected :) Keep digging deeper :)
