The character is Murakashi G8F from DAZ. I had COMPLETELY overlooked her because she was a horror character and then when I finally looked closer at her, she comes in TWO versions, horror and WHOA! The hair is Voss with Prae Georgia combined and DAZ Chevybabe's backlight Iray hair shader.
