Description

My parents like to make their own pasta. This is how we tell when the pasta is ready: it falls from the stand, letting us know it is ripe. I hope that everyone has a great Tuesday! Cool Mike, my grandma did too, I also tried to do it on my own, it works, tastes a lot better, but it's to much work and too much dirt on the table!!! So buy some from the supermarket, hug's Ute

Way cool! It was fifty-three years ago that BBC first broadcast the famous "Spaghetti Harvest" episode on their television news show Panorama. In Ticino in southern Switzerland near Italy, the British Broadcasting Company show Panorama covered the bumper Swiss spaghetti crop of 1957. Many people actually believed the movie. LOL! We always planted ours early, usually after first frost. Usually it was ready to harvest by first of April. :O)
