Description

During this one's creation, I was debating with myself on whether to have her sport a blood-splattered and grimy look...or just a drenched wet look. What made the wet look to win out was the fact that I had to ask myself, what exactly is she fighting over here? The answer to that question was : something more paranormal rather than corporeal, so no blood necessary. That bolt of lightening though might have come out looking a bit cheesy :/ ==== Created in Daz Studio Pro with Iray using a mix of my own creations and store bought assets. Edit: Typo.

Its a nicely composed canvas and the lightning bolt at it's1/3 point fits nicely.. I think, given the shine off the skulls, her wet look fits in nicely. Artistically, the blood red can also be envisioned as a pop of color splash that would have worked out well.

I did, to a great extent, want to add the blood...but then that would have been a big turn for those who can't stand gore. And I also would have had to gate the image behind content filters wherever...

Looks good overall, and looks very drenched. My only critique/comment on the lighting is, it's a little hard to tell exactly where the bolt is at in regards to the depth of the image? Lightning is hard to do and, overall it does fit in well with the concept.

Yeah...that lightening element does not make me too happy. If resolution size was not a factor, I would have lit the scene up differently. Since a lot of the shadow details had to be compromised in order to light the scene up sufficiently in a small zone.

I might one day give this scene a wallpaper treatment and redo all these elements that don't sit all that well.
