Description


The radial engine is on a restored biplane trainer used for the Tuskegee Airmen, the first black American military flight corp. The photo was taken at the original training area for these men just outside Tuskegee, Ala.

Lovely capture. Just love those beautiful old machines. The visible mechanical components of them are fascinating. I stopped going to car shows because nowadays people hide everything under cowling.
