Interesting. The meanings could be various. It's easy to think that you're referencing the Illuminati. But the blood stripes and skulls could be confusing to Freemasonry and the founding fathers. Although they shed enough blood themselves, I'm sure (in pursuit of the American way?). So I think it more likely you're using the more widely (and it seems inaccurate meaning of "New World Order" and a reference to terrorism. This seems to go better, in my mind, with the feel of the picture. But then you've called it Pax Americana, which would go back to showing the US as the "New World Order". I think I'll merge the two phrases and take it to mean (which could be seen as an oxymoron)- "A new wide ranging time of stability and order for the ages using American ideals." Different things to different people. Now that's true art. Nice work.

Not sure what the message is exactly (Have some ideas though), but the image is great and the concept is excellent. The blood for the stripes is fantastic. Very well done - without being over done! Great job!!!
