This did end on a bittersweet note, didnt it...
As usual, when I start these, I'm never quite sure where they're taking me, but it was interesting delving into a little bit of "what might have been" for someone who, like many of us, waits for something to happen that might never. Personally, I think now Antoine might be a little more open to those studied glances from the guy at the hay and feed store, but we'll have to wait and see, right?
OK, some one shots, then on to the next little saga. God knows where that road will take us.....
