Just terrific. And you're using those great outfits again (they really loved gloves in those days---I don't remember if this was 60s or 70s) (actually, there were those long gloves in the 60s) Love the light on her outfit, her posture like she's dying to get going but must really stay because she's talking to her mother, and the old phone, and behind her? A huuuuuuge field of poppies, maybe? Going way, way back, with a fiery red sky. It's almost apocalyptic! Great piece. And I love the text along with it.

(Do you know Nichols and May? THis was one of their most famous bits, their mother and son routine. They met at U. of Chicago ((my alma mater)) and formed a company much like Second City, at the same time that Second City formed---late 50's/early 60's. And they did routines which are still funny today. DOn't worry if you don't have time; but if you're in the mood, this is one of the funniest pieces on mothers and children in the field...It's from their broadway show, w/ audience.
