Description

I normally don't do this, but I was playing around with some new Photoshop post work and my daughter walked by and said "Oh WOW~ you gotta post this." I hope you enjoy this more updated version of "Oh My Love"

I love this picture. I loved the original version too, but I think the postwork adds a lot to the feel of it. 5++

I'm not sure which I like better, the original or this one, both are excellently done.

The effect is stunning! But must agree with Cimaira (ducking with her:) I opened up both images to see if by viewing both of them my first impression was wrong.. It was not. The original image has also a ligting effect (lens flare) but this one is not dominating the whole image! The effect in the second image takes your attention away from the fabulous scene/bg which is so well balanced in the first one.. The effect IS stunning, that much is true. Like to see it used in a different setting :)

DLG- - -> Decided to put some time and thought into this one before commenting only to come back and see that Charley and Cim-Kim has already said it all. This one is good but not as good as the original. It's hard to improve on greatness! ;)

I like both versions. Amazine how the change in glows changes the scenario. The original with its subtle glow suggests an enduring memorial, the light a reminder that the departed spirit will live on. The woman is remembering her lover. With this one's more robust glow, the scene is more dramatic, suggesting the departed might not be departed for long. The woman is up to something to bring this return about.
