Description

We spent the weekend in Seattle and this young lady was in the Woodland Park Zoo ( please no political rhetoric .. I didn't put her there OK...) This may show up as quite grainy from my 4mp camera. It is a crop and was taken through glass in a dark environment. She is a beautiful creature..and yes I do believe she should be in the wild where she belongs.....

i think this is a fantastic shot. as to it being in a zoo, it takes several Ocelot to make a fur coat, and habitat loss continues rapidly. this animal is safe and treasured. long may she be so.

Beautiful animal and the grainy effect is actually quite effective here. I imagine this could be a very difficult shot to get at all and to get such marvelous detail is well done indeed.

Beautiful cat...and yes, she should have her freedom like the rest of us. Unless she was born in captivity...then she wouldn't last for very long in the wild. Great capture too :)

I think they are one of the most beautiful cats and should be sold in pet stores to people like me, who want one for a house pet!!!! LOL :P
