Nothing, not even her appendectomy scar. Nice, straight full front view. This is great - nothing detracts, and then suddenly that little scar is noticeable. Good job. Keep up the good work! :-)

in full zoom we can see her imperfections, which I'm all in favor of, ie humanizing models. If this were a photograph, it would speak of a candid and somewhat guarded model, a bit stunned to see the camera, yet not ready to walk away. In other words, an 'in-between' pose, which I like very much. And you add her scar, and some varied shading. Finally, more stark, groundless background---more minimalist work. A striking "capture," Richard. I'm using photographic language because this is like a thoughtful well-planned photograph, which is nevertheless quite candid (which of course doesn't take anything from your labor at a 3D image)...
