G4 is keeping things under surveillance as the full moon rises.. Things are about to take an ominous turn, and she's not wanting anything to catch her off guard.
The BG photo is one of mine - Kansas City skyline from several years ago.
I've just about got the bathroom project done, thankfully! My internet has been off and on the last couple of days, but I think Comcast finally got it fixed.
We're taking a little vacation road trip next week, so my posting and comments will be a bit spotty for a week or so.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and for all your comments and support! I appreciate it so much!

Super cool image Rod! G4 is lookin' good, and I like her boots, and that crossbow that she's holding.....I've been thinkin' about getting one of those for myself...'lol'!! I have a couple of archery bows, but I don't have a crossbow.....they look like a 'fun thing' to have! I LUV the background....it's mesmerizing to look at it!! Have a safe and fun time on your road trip!!!!
Nice little scene with G4--do like your capture of KC at night.
Glad to hear the bathroom situation is about done and that you and yours are taking a little journey...have fun and be safe and keep your eyes to the sky, Rod...hope you come back with some nifty captures :)
As always, your composition is spot on, with G4 standing in front of that massive moon, surrounded by all that dark. You even have her hair flying into the background for real drama. It looks like she's standing on a ledge, like she's looking out for something in the mysterious dark that surrounds a massive city. And I love the intense flares of the city...a real night shot w/ the mystery of a big city at night...And she looks very concerned, talking to someone about something ominous. Love how she emerges into that moon even while she's mostly in shadow. Her expression speaks of something heavy to come, maybe right over the horizon. Terrific job Rod.
I'm so glad you and Jo are getting away, I hope it's deeply relaxing and relieving, and I wish you a great trip...both of you deserve it. The house ain't goin' noplace...(it may have friends over while you're gone, but other than that, it'll be fine.) Have a wonderful trip. All my best to both of you!
No doubt, for me this scene is as always wonderfully done dear Rod! PS. As already said, I can't sit for a long time, therefore I am online just for some minutes, to visit each day some of my good friends here at RR! Sorry for the Copy & Paste!
